Man Visited His Brother In Lagos State (looked so confused)

This man from (IDEMILI NORTH) in Anambra state visited his brother who lives in lagos just to stay with him for couple of weeks.
    Two days he had arrived from lagos, he wanted to take his bath as he does in the stream of his village. He visited the Lagos beach thinking it was a stream, He saw how big and large the beach was and also saw how kids and adults were playing at the side of the beach. It wasn't the same in the village. He was confused and couldn't know what to do.
He had already brought out his sponge and soup that he would use to bath,but actually he knew there was difference between the village stream and the beach, he was steering at the kids and adults playing together and was  amazed.
   Finally, he asked someone around if he could bath in the beach. Unfortunately for him the man answered him saying "Do You Want Get Arrested",then he went back to his brother with Agony and Shame.
